He maintains relationships with local wedding vendors, understands venue logistics intimately, and can guide couples through the specific considerations of celebrating on the island. How to Book David Azurmendi as Your Wedding Photographer
Step 1: Share Your Vision
Fill out the contact form with details about your celebration. The more specific you are about date, location, vision, and scope, the more personalized the proposal I can create for you.
Step 2: Review and Respond
You'll receive a customized proposal within 48 hours. If it resonates, respond with your preferred collection, any additional services you'd like to add, and your complete information: full names, current address, phone number, wedding date, and venue details.
Step 3: Formalize the Commitment
A contract and payment link arrive via email. Review the agreement carefully, then complete the deposit to secure your date officially.
Step 4: Your Date is Reserved
Your wedding date is now protected on my calendar. No other bookings can be made for that celebration.
Step 5: Prepare Together
You'll receive a detailed questionnaire covering your timeline, key moments, personal details, aesthetic preferences, and anything specific you want documented. This information shapes how I approach your day.
Step 6: Final Conversation
A video call scheduled at your convenience to discuss final details, answer questions, and ensure complete alignment before your celebration.
Step 7: Your Wedding Day
I arrive fully prepared, positioned to capture your celebration with the care and precision it deserves.
Step 8: First Look
Within 72 hours, you'll receive a carefully selected preview of 50 images from your day. Just enough to remember the feeling while you wait for the complete collection.
Step 9: Complete Gallery Delivery
Your full, professionally edited gallery arrives within 25 days. Every image refined, color-graded consistently, and ready to download in high resolution.

FAQ
I typically arrive the day before your wedding to scout the venue, check the light at different times of day, and coordinate with your planner or venue coordinator. This ensures I’m fully prepared and nothing is left to chance. On your wedding day, I’ll be there from the beginning of getting ready through your reception, capturing the full story from start to finish.
For most Italy weddings, I work alone. This keeps things intimate and unobtrusive, allowing me to document your day without a large crew disrupting the atmosphere.
For larger weddings (80+ guests) or if you want simultaneous coverage of getting ready in different locations, I can bring a trusted second shooter.
We’ll discuss what makes sense for your specific celebration during our initial consultation.
Drone coverage is available as an add-on service or included in select packages. If aerial shots of your Italian venue are important to you, we can discuss which option makes the most sense during our consultation.
The process is simple. First, we’ll have a video call to discuss your wedding vision, go over logistics, and make sure we’re a good fit. If you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a contract and invoice for the booking retainer (30% of the total).
Once that’s signed and paid, your date is officially secured. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
Within 48 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of approximately 20 edited images so you can relive the highlights while you’re still on your honeymoon or heading home.
Your full edited gallery will be delivered within 4-5 weeks and includes both digital and analog film images, professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.
